Azimute has no control over the use of any User's account and expressly disclaims any resulting liability.

Azimute's links (such as hyperlinks) to other sites do not constitute Azimute’s approval of those sites or their content.

These links are provided solely for the user’s reference and convenience. Azimute does not control these sites nor is it responsible for their content.

The existence of links in the Service to these sites does not imply that Azimute approves any material presented there, or that it has any association with their operators.

Establishing a hyperlink does not imply, in any way, the existence of relations between Azimute and the owner of the web page where the hyperlink is established, nor Azimute’s acceptance or approval of their content or services.

Azimute reserves the right to prohibit or invalidate at any time any hyperlink to www.azl.pt, especially in cases of illegal activity or content on the website including the hyperlink.

Personal Data

Azimute may request some personal data from the User. Azimute will provide the User with the necessary information so that, with prior knowledge, they can expressly consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes by Azimute.

The collected data is processed automatically and is intended for establishing the User/Client status, subsequent future contacts, including direct marketing actions, offering related products and services, even indirectly, with Azimute's activity.

The collected data is also intended for fulfilling legal obligations and for use in contractual relations, with Azimute committing to keeping all data strictly confidential, reserving access to it solely as necessary for its normal activity.

The user expressly and with prior knowledge authorizes the transmission of their personal data to Azimute's commercial partners, and also expressly authorizes Azimute to use the data, even after the end of the subscription contract, for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes.

In case of non-compliance by the user, the data may be transmitted to third parties for the purpose of debt collection.

The data subject is assured, under national and international legislation in force (especially Law 67/98 of October 26 and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016), the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing as well as the right to data portability.

Azimute will only contact the User through any online/electronic means/device if the User has expressly given prior consent.

General Provisions

The non-exercise, or late or partial exercise, of any right that Sanjotec has under this agreement or any applicable provision does not imply a waiver of that right and does not prevent its subsequent exercise.

This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the User and Azimute with respect to the matters regulated therein.

Changes to the Terms of Use

These terms of use may be updated at any time by Azimute without prior notice to Users, in order to comply with legal requirements or changes in operation. The User will always have access to the current terms of use online.

This document will always be available online and can be freely consulted. It may also be saved or printed at any time, even without being registered on the site.

Any changes will be communicated to registered Users through online posting.

Access and subsequent use of the site by the User will be considered as clear evidence that the User has read, accepted, and understood the amended Terms and Conditions, unless such changes involve a modification of Azimute's personal data processing policy, in which case the User will be required to give prior express authorization for changes to the processing or purposes of processing personal data.

Partial Invalidity

The invalidity, whether total or partial, of any of the clauses of these General Conditions will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will be applicable in their entirety, unless the interested party demonstrates that the purpose pursued by the parties implies that they would not have concluded the agreement without the defective part.

Applicable Law/Jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

Final Provisions

All persons who intend to make purchases on this site declare that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to do so.
